MYSORE : KARNATAKA

Mysore

City in India
Mysore (or Mysuru), a city in India's southwestern Karnataka state, was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1947. In its center is opulent Mysore Palace, a seat of the former ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk, and sandalwood.
Today I am going to write on my Mysore 3 days trip and guide about food and places to see

as per my preference, I choose local food and markets to explore every beautiful city, to experience traditions and thoughts I choose to talk locals.

and also I believe not to purchase anything (famous) from cities so that you can save money and not became fool sometimes.

Special note on shopping :
what I observed in Mysore is, most of the auto drivers and guides get a commission to bring you at local shops, they get a commission on your shopping, and in that shop, a 100 rs worth item they are selling for 200 rs or more, also doubt about quality.
I bought face powder, bath soap and 1 sandalwood bracelet for 1000 INR. ЁЯШг

Special Food to try at Mysore:
These include IdliDosaShavige Bath, Pongal, Chutneys and Pickles, Vangi Baath (rice with Brinjal curry), Bisi Bele bath (a spicy preparation of rice) as well as a number of sweets such as PayasamJalebi, Rave Unde, Ladoo and more. Indian filter coffee and Adike (Areca nut) with Betel leaf are also popular items.
