PHUKET THAILAND

Phuket Diary

What I feel :

Phuket is a beautiful city just like our Goa , India, We were there for 5 days so not able to explore whole beauty of Phuket . but all those days were just mesmerising. In those 5 days We visited some of popular places of Phuket, malls, bars , beaches, local shops and massage parlors. Phuket is must visit place in Thailand for me . Mixed experience about local people . some thai people are very sweet whereas some of them was terrible.

We went through Make my trip (agents) for sightseeing and that was our plus point. So that we could explore other destinations at our leisure time.

What Google says :

Phuket Province

Phuket, a rainforested, mountainous island in the Andaman Sea, has some of Thailand’s most popular beaches, mostly situated along the clear waters of the western shore. The island is home to many high-end seaside resorts, spas and restaurants. Phuket City, the capital, has old shophouses and busy markets. Patong, the main resort town, has many nightclubs, bars and discos.

POINTS OF INTEREST

  • Patong Beach

Patong is a beach resort town on the west coast of Phuket Island, facing the Andaman Sea in the southwest of Thailand. Its sandy, crescent beach is lined with cafes, restaurants and bars. The famously raucous nightlife scene features beer bars, go-go bars, nightclubs, massage parlors and cabarets that overflow into the street along neon-lit Bangla Road and in the Patong OTOP Shopping Paradise complex.

Midnight, gentle breeze, roadside peaceful environment; during the daytime, this very beach becomes eventful. I found the place always to be remembered. Lovely beach.

  • Karon Beach

Karon Beach refers to a beach, and the town adjoining it, on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand. The beach is a popular destination for tourists.

  • Phuket FantaSea

  • Ko Phi Phi Don

Ko Phi Phi Don is the largest of the islands in the Ko Phi Phi archipelago, in Thailand. The islands are administratively part of Krabi Province. It is the only island in the group with permanent inhabitants. Like the other islands in the archipelago, Phi Phi Don is a non-volcanic island largely made of limestone. It is almost separated into two islands, but a strand of flat land connects them. On this strand lies the largest town on the island, as well as most of the resorts.

NOTE : It takes 2 hours from big boat to reach phi phi island . Those who has problem with seasickness are recommended to take relative care . Sea whether changes ant time and may cause trouble for travellers.

Phi phi island has natural beauty which is extreme level. I recommend this location for photoshoots.

  • SOI BANGLA

I love this place. so friendly environment . We were group of ladies , but not felt unsafe here.

Soi Bangla or Bangla Road is the heart of all Phuket Nightlife, and the battle for night supremacy is raging between Soi Seadragon and the new Tiger complex. Over the years, the center of interest has been moving up and down Bangla road depending on seasons and popularity but the ever changing face of Patong nightlife is definitely worth a look. Of course, wherever you go in Bangla, friendly girls will call you with a big smile and encourage you to have a drink and play few silly bar games, everyone is welcome
